They are crafted in the United States; made in the USA by a company and its employees that have decades of experience in manufacturing quality hosiery products. We have scoured the world to find the finest raw materials to put in these organic dress socks. Along with the raw materials, our “Green” manufacturing process make these hosiery products simply the best of class.

All Amelia’s Organic women’s dress socks and eco-friendly legwear products are made with Certified Organic Combed Cotton. All cotton is grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides on certified chemical-free farmland. Not only is the raw cotton certified, but the processing of the fibers meets the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).

Where synthetic fibers are used, they are used only to enhance the wearability, fit, or overall comfort. Contents are clearly marked on the package.

All white organic women’s socks are processed using environmentally safe non-chlorine bleach. Chlorine bleach leaves salt residue in the wastewater that is toxic to fish. Our non-chlorine process leaves no toxic by-products.

All organic women’s dress socks of color are processed using environmentally safe non-metallic dyestuffs.

Even with the packaging, we have the environment in mind. The paper for the packaging and plastic for the hook contain recycled materials.
